“Little Beasts” teaches not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.

Our “Future Beasts” are on the road to becoming the next generation of Fitness Firebreathers. They will take a more in-depth exploration of the movements and programming consistent with our adult programs. Weight training will transition from dumbbells to barbells, with the emphasis still on using the least amount of weight possible to provoke a growth response in the body. Proper form will be priority number one. Workouts will be of higher intensity than the Lil’ Beasts program.

Chinese Cupping- therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Dry needling quickly relaxes tight muscles that are in spasm and stimulate tissue healing.

Acupuncture with electrical stimulation is similar to dry needling, except the needles are left in for 10-15 minutes while an electrical current is sent through the needles to promote relaxation of tight muscles.

Gymnastics Strength for CrossFit - Phase I $125Purchase required to enroll

Gymnastics Strength Training for CrossFit is a hybrid program that takes the fundamentals of USA Gymnastics strength training and directs it toward quickly learning CrossFit skills. This is the first course in the series and is recommended to be taken by all athletes to build a solid foundation of strength and muscular control.

The skills focused on in this course include but are not limited to: the hollow and arch body positions and their dynamic snap, pull ups, push ups, handstands, presses and an introduction to kipping and butterfly pull ups and swing development on the rings.

Gymnastics Strength for CrossFit - Phase II $125Purchase required to enroll

Gymnastics Strength Training for CrossFit is a hybrid program that takes the fundamentals of USA Gymnastics strength training and directs it toward quickly learning CrossFit skills. This is the second course in the series and passing the PHASE I exam is required before attending. You may still enroll before you take the PHASE I test as long as you pass the test by May 9th.

The skills focused on in this course include strict and dynamic movements of the following but are not limited to: bar muscle ups, rings muscle ups, butterfly pull ups, handstand walk, handstand push up, and pistols.
